Your 14-day right to cancel

UK law gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content, unless you ask for access to start straight away and agree that you lose that right once you start using it. At checkout we ask you to confirm this. Your right to cancel ends when a paid paper is first opened on your account. If no paid paper has been opened, email [support email] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

If something is wrong

If the papers are faulty, for example a question or answer is wrong or a paper won't load, tell us. We'll fix it and, where the law says so, offer a repair, replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
