1. Your account

Accounts are for parents, guardians and tutors aged 18 or over. You sign in with links and codes sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. What you buy

The full pack is a one-off purchase of online access to the 11plus4all English practice papers for use by your own household. The price shown at checkout includes any VAT that applies. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. We do not receive or store your card details.

3. Licence and fair use

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the papers for your own children's practice. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share your login, publish or distribute the questions, answers, explanations or articles, or use them for commercial tuition, without our written permission. Each paper is marked with the account holder's email address.

4. Cancellation

See our refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Our content

All questions, answer explanations, spelling, punctuation and grammar exercises and non-fiction articles are original works owned by us. Literary extracts are taken from works in the public domain. 11plus4all is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, GL Assessment, CEM or any school. Practice scores do not predict results in any real examination.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
